Immerse yourself in a restorative evening of healing and relaxation with Selenia. This Ocean of Holy Love Sound Journey is designed to help you release stress and recharge your mind, body, and spirit. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and a grounding visualization to center ourselves in this present moment. Selenia will then guide you into the Ocean of Holy Love, a partially guided Holy Fire Reiki Meditation that purifies, heals, and empowers. Once immersed in this serene energy, the Sound Bath will begin.
Using a variety of instruments–including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, a drum, Lemurian tuning forks, tingshas, and koshi wind chimes–Selenia creates an intuitive soundscape designed to deepen your healing experience. Her voice will also flow through the session with soothing tones, and chants, making each journey unique and personal.
